Glen Forbes
Chairman and Trustee
Glen has an MBA in International Business coupled with over 10 years of direct business experience in various parts of Africa but in particular Ethiopia. He has been involved in major commercial projects with The Ethiopian Ministry of Finance, The Central Bank of Ethiopia and latterly Ethiopian Airlines. He has spent significant periods of time in Addis Ababa and has travelled extensively throughout the country. Glen is based in central London but travels regularly to Ethiopia.

Achim Kram

Vice Chairman and Trustee
Achim has a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Over 10 years in International Marketing in the media industry coupled with various positions in non-profit organisations have given him solid expertise and know how to fulfil eef’s Marketing and Business Development requirements. Achim has travelled widely throughout Ethiopia.

Ludovico D’Elia

Trustee
Ludovico has a Masters degree in Economics and eight years experience as a management consultant, specialising in business strategy and financial management. He has helped several small companies and start-ups develop business plans and strategies for international operations. His previous experience includes working at UNIDO, in support of small and medium-size companies based in developing countries. Ludovico has extensive travel experience in Ethiopia.

 



Nicholas Tardent

Finance Director and Treasurer
Nicholas has a degree in Arts Management and 10 years of general management experience with particular emphasis on Administration & Finance. He brings operational expertise to the organisation as well as solid accounting skills. Nicholas has visited Addis Ababa and he has met all eef students.





 

Rike Hellerman
Student and Mentor Co-ordinator
Rike has worked in various corporate environments for over 15 years in London and overseas. Rike has met and is familiar with all of our eef students and has taken great care to develop a personal relationship with each of them. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her role as Student Co-ordinator provides a further degree of security for the students. Rike will be delighted to hear from you if you require any background information on your student or have a general enquiry regarding your mentorship.
